On the day of check-out, guests depart after lunch at the Origen restaurant, with drinks from the à la carte menu included until 12:00 noon.
- Afternoon snacks: At the Chiringuito Bar, featuring the chef’s selection: 4:00 PM
- Beverage menu at the Chiringuito Bar exclusive to the Santamar Tropical Plan (drinks are served at the bar counter; there is no table service)
